The Lobby Registration area was relocated to create a more welcoming first impression, while Concierge services were repositioned and enhanced to better serve guests from the moment they step onto property.
The repositioning extended across the resort's full public area program: the Full Service Restaurant, both pools and the Pool Bar, Meeting Rooms and Conference Center, and the Cultural Center all underwent renovation.
A signature new V47 Lounge was introduced, offering an elevated tier of personalized guest service unique to the resort.
Guestroom renovation spanned all four towers, anchored by a fully custom casegood program that carries the story of Kona's landscape into every room. Dressers feature a hand-poured resin accent evoking water washing up on black sand beaches, while activity tables carry a custom inlay bearing the phrase "Koiau — give and it will return." Headboards are detailed with rope work reminiscent of the lashing used to bind traditional canoes, tying the room's design language to voyaging and craft. All-new FFE was installed throughout, with bathrooms fully renovated to match the elevated standard set across the property's public spaces.
