This Public Area renovation focused on the resort's most heavily trafficked public spaces: the Grand Lanai, Retail, and Prefunction areas. A curated update to softgoods and light casegoods refreshed each space's material palette and furniture presence, while preserving the underlying architecture that defines the resort's sense of arrival. The result is a more cohesive, elevated first impression — spaces that now feel as considered as the guest rooms they lead into.
Typical guestrooms throughout the resort received a full softgoods and wardrobe renovation, bringing updated textiles, finishes, and storage solutions to every room. The scope balanced consistency across the guestroom inventory with a refreshed, more contemporary feel — ensuring the in-room experience matches the caliber of the resort's public spaces.
To meet growing demand for elevated, longer-stay accommodations, this project converted a set of typical guestrooms into new 3-bay villas. The conversion reimagined the existing footprint entirely — moving from a standard guestroom layout to a more expansive, residential-style plan — adding a new tier of premium inventory to the resort without new ground-up construction.
