Two Hermann Place was designed for a site in Houston, Texas, near the city's Arts District — a location that shaped the entire design concept. The project was rooted in Houston's identity as an international city with a strong contemporary art scene, translating that sensibility into a modern, sophisticated amenity program.
An upper floor expanded into a full tenant deck, with a shared kitchen, lounge, game space, and meeting rooms, alongside a full open pool deck.
Units were designed around two distinct material palettes, each built on upscale cabinet and tile packages — giving residents a choice of aesthetic while maintaining a consistently elevated finish standard throughout the building.
